  I have filed my own taxes in the past. However, I made money from YouTube and was completely clueless as to how I need to file it since the IRS sees it as "self Employed Income". I made an appointment with Bernard and I sat down, he shook my hand and had a good attitude. Until, I told him that I made money from YouTube... and it all changed. He threw up his hands and exclaimed "I hate when you kids do that!!!", he did not get ANY information from me, didn't enter anything into the computer or anything. he sent me home to get forms from AdSense (google ad system that I had to pair with YouTube to make money). I explained to him that AdSense does NOT give me a 1099 form unless I made $600+ But he told me he couldn't help me until I got it. Well, with his attitude and lack of knowledge I was pissed. I called and talked to Verna the manager. And she agreed to look over my taxes that I had already filed. I made an appointment and I showed up half hour early and she refused to see me. She told me nothing is free in the world and didn't know what I was "trying to pull". Not only did I have an attitude from Bernard, because with YouTube he had extra forms to deal with and he would have to do more WORK and Verna with he lack of concern and lack of helpfulness. I wish I could give this place a negative rating. I will NEVER use H&R block EVER again! I hope Verna sees this. I am going to email corporate as well.
